At Penrith Women’s Health Centre, we aim to offer a service that is professional and respectful. We value your feedback in helping us to improve the services that we offer or any new services that you would like to see.
How to send feedback or make a complaint
If you feel that the service you received is not professional and respectful, it is your right as a client to submit a complaint. We will take all complaints seriously. Complaints should be submitted to CEO@pwhc.org.au or by asking to speak with a manager on 02 4721 8749.
We prefer to be able to discuss your issues with you directly and ask that you provide contact details but we understand that you may not feel comfortable with this. In this case, you may submit an anonymous complaint if you wish to do so. Download the Feedback and Complaint form here.
