Where do you source your items?

  • All products are unique to PWHC, designed by our Communications Manager and freelance graphic designer, Eyes Eddie.

  • Clothing and apparel items are sourced via AS Colour. Visit the AS Colour website for more information regarding ethical sourcing and their social responsibilities policies.

  • Non apparel items are printed by local printing providers. Apparel items are screen-printed by Fresh Tees in Marrickville, NSW. 

What is your refund policy?

PWHC does not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind purchases. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes. Please check your order carefully and consult the sizing chart prior to purchase. 

In the event of major issues or damage to a product, you can choose to have a refund or exchange for your purchase. This can be arranged via email.

Please keep in mind that PWHC is a small team, Not-For-Profit, focused on providing health and well-being services to clients in the Penrith region. We do not have the same capabilities as large apparel brands. Our store functions primarily as a means to provide extra funding to our centre. 100% of proceeds directly contribute to providing these vital services. 


What is your privacy policy?

When ordering from PWHC, we have a record of your shipment and contact details in order to fulfil your order. We take your privacy extremely seriously and all information is protected. We will never share your details or data with third parties for any reason.


Shipping Information:

Shipments from the PWHC store happen once a week on Mondays, or multiple times a week during high traffic holidays!

Day-to-day work providing health and well-being services is the top priority for our centre. For this reason, dispatch should be expected on the Monday after your order was
